Amy is highly skilled in Nonprofit Organizational Development, Campaign Planning, Volunteer Training, Annual and Capital Fundraising and Event Planning. She is also an exceptional presenter and motivator. Amy is an exceptional fundraiser and team builder, including an expertise in talent management.

Amy’s career was launched at Harvard University where she held several positions in the Office of Advancement, rising to Development Director for the Harvard College Fund. She continued her work in the field of institutional advancement at Princeton University where she worked in both the Office of Annual Giving and the Office of Major Gifts. This was followed by several years as a fundraising consultant for Eastside Catholic High School outside Seattle, WA. Amy returned to Ohio in 2010 and served as Senior Director of Development at Cleveland Clinic, Vice President of Advancement at Magnificat High School and concluded her non-profit career at her alma mater, Denison University as a Sr. Development Officer.

Amy serves as mentor for young development professionals and serves on the Executive Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Cleveland and the Board of Directors of the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Club. Amy graduated from Denison University where she played varsity field hockey and lacrosse. Her most important work continues to be her role as grandmother to Jack Judge.
